The hotel is located in a prime spot in Palermo Soho, surrounded by cafes, bars, and shops, making it a convenient choice for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and brand new, with a small terrace offering a nice view, although not ideal for reading. The service was a bit of a mix, with some staff members being uncooperative while others were extremely helpful in organizing our stay and providing local recommendations.
